She turns 23 this Thursday, June 12th, and Playboy Playmate Kendra Wilkinson was all about finding the perfect outfit for her big day during a shopping spree Monday.

The “Girls Next Door” hottie grabbed a gal pal and a credit card and hit the Robertson Boulevard boutiques in search of some hot duds.      

Speaking of clothes, it seems that the nude centerfold prefers to keep hers on. She told FOX Pop Tarts, “I’m really, really self-conscious, believe or not. I get so nervous and shy. Even though I’m this crazy party girl, taking my clothes off really scares me.“

Continuing along with a string of birthday parties in her honor, Kendra Wilkinson was spotted partying it up at Crobar in Chicago on Saturday night (June 14).
Wearing a sexy little multi-colored strapless dress, the “Girls Next Door” starlet mingled and posed with family and friends in between a little dancing and a lot of tequila-swilling.

And Kendra Wilkinson thoroughly enjoyed herself. The Playboy Playmate donned a white Los Angeles Dodgers uniform and brought her A-game, along with stars like Desperate Housewives’ James Denton, David Arquette, and Carlos Mencia.

The average guy only needs to worry about paying for one girl’s meal on a date. But Hugh Hefner isn’t the average guy. The Playboy founder was spotted with his three girlfriends - Holly Madison, Bridget Marquardt, and Kendra Wilkinson - as well as other assorted Playmates on their way to dinner at Ketchup in Los Angeles, California.

It only takes one look at Hugh Hefner’s three girlfriend arrangement to give most guys a headache. But according to Playboy Playmate Kendra Wilkinson, they’ve struck the perfect balance to make everything run as smooth as possible.

Wilkinson told FOX Pop Tarts‘ Hollie McKay, “We are three very different people — we’re doing very different things with our lives and we don’t step on each other’s toes. If we all wanted the same thing it wouldn’t have worked, because that’s where all the drama would have started, but we’re like the Spice Girls — I’m the sporty one. We are on different roads and they don’t intersect. We don’t spend time together every day — girls just can’t do that.”
